Basics 1

The first in our workout series, this is a beginner program. If you haven't exercised in a while and are looking to start this would be an excellent program. It’s a full body workout hitting all the major muscle groups. Also included in the program is video instruction of proper exercise technique from warm up, main workout, abs finisher to cool down stretching.

Equipment required: All exercises are bodyweight so no equipment required.

Fitness Tools

Basics 2

The second in our basics series. A step up in intensity from the previous program. A full body workout where we introduce our first unilateral leg exercise as an extra challenge to develop strength, balance and stability.

Cool down stretching

 

Equipment required: A step or alternatively a book.

Bodyweight 1

The first program in the bodyweight series. After completing the basics series you are now ready to take on this program. A higher rep program which adds a new intensity to this full body workout.

Equipment required: An exercise mat or towel

Bodyweight 2

A progression from bodyweight 1 where we step up in intensity and add an extra exercise into the main workout. There is also a new challenge for our core as we have added static holds to our core finisher.

Equipment required: Chair, exercise mat or towel.

Fit Woman

Bodyweight 3

The third in the bodyweight series where we reach our longest AMRAP round sure to challenge any fitness level. With our core finisher we have added movement to our static holds to increase the level of difficulty.

Countdown 1

The first in our countdown series. Where it’s a race against the clock to complete the program. The program itself is a full body workout hitting all the major muscle groups with intensity rising as you increase speed to complete the workout.
