Re-focus nutrition

Re-focus nutrition is a four week program which aims to tackle any unhealthy habits that may have crept into your nutrition and replace them with newer healthier choices. Each week a nutritional goal is implemented to create these new habits followed up by a weekly check in to add a level of accountability and motivation.

In Nutrition Two we build on the progress that has been achieved during Re-Focus Nutrition. In this program we look at the education side of nutrition so that you can make better long term food choices going forward.. We cover a different nutrition topic each week plus a weekly goal, simple steps that add up to improve your health and body composition.

Nutrition Three is our follow on program on the theory of nutrition. Each week looking in depth at a different nutritional topic. Focusing on the theory of nutrition allows participants to make better food choices in the long term.

For those who have completed the previous programs and would like to continue with a level of accountability for their nutrition. This program offers a weekly check in which can act as a great motivator and help keep our food choices on track.
